Open Assets Awards celebrate resources that open education initiatives produce and use, tangible goods with educational purpose and value, distributed in ways that make them freely available, usable, and remix-able by others. Choose the award that best describes the open asset you are nominating.

Open Practices Awards honor the collective behaviors and techniques that open up access to educational opportunities. These practices promote and support the use of open educational resources, technologies, and social networks to facilitate collaborative and flexible teaching and learning. Choose the practice that best describes the open asset you are nominating.

These awards provide an opportunity to recognize new trends and emerging innovations in the Open Education Movement. Our 2023 category also include a “Wildcard” option for you to nominate an award that does not fit any other category.
