Launched in August 2015, this self-paced course consists of 12 modules—divided into “minds-on” modules (1–6) and “hands-on” modules (7–12)—designed to engage educators in both reflective and practical approaches to teaching and learning.

Thanks to its innovative design, relevant content, and interactive activities, RTRL was selected as a featured course on OpenLearning. To date, it has attracted more than 1,400 educators, instructional designers, and professors from over 82 countries worldwide. The course has also earned a 5-star rating on CourseTalk, along with enthusiastic feedback from participants who praised its accessibility, usefulness, and engaging style.
