El proyecto Unidades de Apoyo para el Aprendizaje (UAPA), de la Coordinación de Universidad Abierta y Educación Digital, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), se compone de 650+ UAPA de nivel licenciatura, autocontenidas y reutilizables, que han impulsado la democratización del acceso al conocimiento universitario a partir de 4,438,000 vistas, desde 136 países, principalmente México, Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Argentina, España, Venezuela, Chile, Bolivia y Guatemala.
Las Unidades de Apoyo Para el Aprendizaje (UAPA) son recursos educativos abiertos, autocontenidos y diseñados para el aprendizaje autónomo. Cada UAPA, desarrolla una temática específica de alguno de los planes de estudio de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Las UAPA incluyen contenido, actividades formativas y autoevaluaciones, lo que permite su uso y reutilización en diversas etapas del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
The Learning Support Units (LSUs) project, organized by the Open University and Digital Education Coordination of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), is composed of more than 650 self-contained and reusable undergraduate LSUs. These LSUs have promoted the democratization of access to university knowledge, with over 4,438,000 views from 136 countries, primarily Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Spain, Venezuela, Chile, Bolivia, and Guatemala.
The LSUs are open, self-contained educational resources designed for independent learning. Each LSU develops a specific topic from one of the curricula of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. LSUs include content, training activities, and self-assessments, allowing for their use and reuse at various stages of the teaching-learning process.
This long-term project has resulted in a very diverse set of OER, adequately licensed, covering different topics to support students at the host institution, but open to other Spanish speaking students, which is valuable. The contents have good quality and each OER includes (depending on the topic) readings, infographics, activities, and references.
