The process is in motion for the new round of OE Awards for Excellence. Here we provide what you should know about nominating a person or project for an award, how the winners are selected, when they will be announced, and updates along the way.
The 2024 shortlist of finalists has been published. Make plans to be there for an OEGlobal Live webcast event to share the winners on September 18.
What’s New?
- 2024 Shortlist published. Visit and celebrate the gallery of people, resources, and projects on the 2024 OEAwards finalists.
- Nominations closed! The nomination period ended June 30, but we are flexible to allow for a few more days. To date we have 114 nominations from 28 countries.
- What is Needed for a Nomination? The 2024 Nomination guide is available with details on what is needed to enter an award, suggestions for crafting your nomination, and template you can use to draft your entry.
- Review the 2024 Award Categories. See the Explorer to learn about the categories including inspiration from past winners
- Be Award Inspired in 2024! Exploration and inspiration is our theme, tapping into the history of previous award winners as a means to be inspired to submit a nomination this year. See all the Awards Inspired tagged posts in OEG Connect for suggestions such as exploring the Hall of Fame, our Fiip Mixtape of Impact Stories from Previous Winners, Education for All– the 10th anniversary ebook, or listening to over 30 episodes of OEG Voices podcasts with previous winners.
